I purchased an ERO 375 as part of a trade-in event promotion held by Waterelated. My old system was very expensive to maintain and filter changes were laborious. With the new system, I don’t have to worry about organizing and paying for a service technician. I travel a lot for work and my mother lives with me – with this system she can even change the filters herself. We use the pure water for cooking as well as drinking, and it makes all the difference.
Four years ago I dropped into the Waterelated store in the Pickle Barrel Plaza to ask some questions about water for my cottage. Sayda, one of the owners, gave me a taste of reverse osmosis water. I liked the taste so much that day that my husband and I have been buying the water since then. The service we have received has been excellent! Just this week we purchased our own reverse osmosis water filter system and Al installed it. We are delighted with it! Now we don’t have to carry heavy bottles of water. The only drawback is that we won’t be seeing Sayda and her family on a regular basis anymore.
